One record per company, and the follow up runs off it
Not another seat licence. A CRM built on open source, extended with the fields your business actually turns on, hosted wherever you want it and yours to take.
Anyone who has to open four tabs to answer one question
The leads are in a spreadsheet, the calls are in a phone system, the appointments are in a calendar and the follow up is in somebody's head. It works until you want to know why last month was worse than the one before, and then nobody can tell you.
Also for agencies and operators paying per seat for a platform they have outgrown, where the cost scales with headcount and the data is not really theirs.
One question, one place, one answer
Open a company and see everything: who was called, when, what happened, what got booked, whether it held, what it turned into. The month end report stops being a reconstruction and becomes something you can read on a Tuesday.
- A pipeline that matches how work actually moves, not a vendor's idea of stages.
- Appointments tracked as booked, held, no showed, rescheduled, won or lost, separately, because those are different problems.
- No per seat bill. Adding a person is adding a login.
A permissively licensed CRM, extended where it matters
The base
An MIT licensed CRM on Postgres, with companies, contacts, deals, tasks and notes already solved. We do not rebuild the parts everybody has already built, and we do not fork something whose licence would follow you around.
The extra fields
The columns a local business actually turns on: licence status and expiry, the profile rating and review count, whether the site has a booking path, whether they are running ads, the score and the reasons for it, the phone line type, and a suppression flag that everything else respects.
The call log and the ledger
Two tables most CRMs leave to an integration. Every call with its direction, duration, outcome and recording. Every appointment with its status through the whole life of it, linked back to the call that created it.
The automation
Event driven jobs reading off that record: the missed call text back, the reminder before an appointment, the follow up on a no show, the monthly refresh of the list. Every one of them is a file you can read, not a diagram you have to click through.
Imports are part of the build, not a later project. A list from the lead engine, or a CSV out of whatever you are on now, maps into this on the first day.
You can read the code, which is a better proof than a case study
The base is public, open source and widely used. The extensions are a migration file and a handful of components, and they ship in your repository. There is no black box to take on faith, which matters more here than in any other lane we sell, because this is where your data lives.
We run this same stack ourselves, on our own pipeline, before we put a client on it.
Standing in days, populated the same week
The base is a clone and an install. The extra columns are one migration. The work that takes real time is the part only you can answer: what your stages are called and what counts as won. A day of that conversation and the rest is mechanical.
Tell us what your stages are really called
- Name the stages in your own words, including the ones your team uses that are not in any CRM.
- Hand over a CSV of what you have now, however messy. Deduplication is our problem.
- Decide where it lives: our infrastructure, your server, or your cloud account.
You can take it, at any time, without asking us
The database is yours and the export is a standard Postgres dump. The application is open source. The extensions we write ship in a repository you own. If you decide to run it yourself or move to something else entirely, that is a decision, not a negotiation, and it does not need our cooperation.
We think that is the only honest way to sell someone the system their business runs on.
Anchor it against per seat pricing: count your seats, multiply by twelve months, and compare. The gap gets wider every time you hire.
