Every business of one type in one metro, audited before anyone calls it

You stop buying a list you cannot check. We build it from the public record, prove where each row came from, score it, and hand you the first calls of the week.

Two public sources in, one deduplicated and scored record out, with every field carrying the source it came from.
Who it is for

Anyone paying for prospecting they cannot audit

Agencies and franchise operators who buy lists or retain a prospecting vendor, and contractors in high ticket trades who want their own pipeline rather than a share of somebody else's. If you can already see, per row, where a name came from and why it was worth calling, you do not need this.

The outcome

A list you can call on Monday, and defend on Friday

Every business of one type in one metro, in one table, in the CRM your team already opens. Each row carries a licence status, a profile audit, a score out of 100 and the plain sentence explaining the score. Nothing on it is a mystery and nothing on it came from a broker.

  • One vertical, one metro, refreshed monthly at the cost of proxies and tokens rather than per lead.
  • The unworked pile ranked, so the first hour of calling is the best hour of calling.
  • Suppression and opt outs honoured from the first run, not bolted on after a complaint.
The mechanism

Six stages, and you can inspect the output of each one

1

Discovery

The state licence board file for the trade, plus a Google Maps sweep of the metro. Board rows give you a licence number, a type, a status and an expiry. Maps gives you the profile, the category, the rating and the review count.

2

Join and deduplicate

Matched on the normalised phone number first, then the place id, then name plus postcode. A licensed business with no Maps profile stays on the list and says so. A Maps business with no licence stays too, and says that.

3

Enrich

A crawl of whatever site exists: contact addresses, social profiles, whether there is a booking path, whether anything is answering after hours. Then the public ad libraries, to see who is spending money on ads right now.

4

Audit

The same local search checklist we would run for a client, applied to a prospect: primary category, service area configuration, review count and rating, profile completeness. This is the gap you open the call with.

5

Score

Deterministic, not a model guess. Points for an active licence, a real phone, a missing booking path, a thin review base, a category that matches the trade. The rules that fired are written next to the score in plain words, so a rep can read it aloud.

6

Load and work

Upserted into the CRM on a stable key, so a monthly refresh updates rows rather than duplicating them. Then it gets worked, by your team or by our closers, and every call writes back an outcome.

Compliance, stated once rather than buried. Business phone numbers and generic business addresses are fair game for business to business outreach; personal data is not. We keep a suppression list from day one, honour opt outs everywhere, and do not send cold text messages. Discovery runs on our own infrastructure and never from your accounts.

The proof

The pile is real, and the scrapers are already in production

On two live accounts, over a 30 day window, new leads booked at 33% and 18%. Around 85 to 90 new leads per account went unbooked in that same month, sitting on top of an older recycled pile. That unworked stack is the first thing the engine goes after, and it costs nothing to generate because it already exists.

The scraping and enrichment service this runs on is not new code written for a pitch. It is the same service that serves another product of ours in production today.

The account figures come from that client's own appointment report, pulled on 29 June 2026. The client is not named here. On a call we will walk you through how the numbers were produced.

The speed

One week to the first callable list

Discovery, join, enrichment and the audit for a single vertical in a single metro takes about a week from a standing start. Scoring, the CRM home and the appointment ledger follow over the fortnight after that. Extra verticals are days, not weeks, because the loaders are already written.

What you do

Name the trade and the city. Approve the score rules once.

  • Pick the vertical and the metro. If you are not sure, we will run two and let the answer rate decide.
  • Read the scoring rules once and tell us what you would weight differently.
  • Give us a CRM to write into, or use the one we stand up for you.
The guarantee

If you take the closers, you are billed on appointments that showed

On the closer lane we agree a held appointment floor for the first 90 days. Miss it and we keep working at no charge until we hit it. Billing is on held appointments only, never on a booking that no showed, so an empty calendar slot costs you nothing.

The audit that comes before any of this is free, and it is yours to keep whether or not you buy the engine.

The price
[RAED] Build fee for the first vertical and metro, then a monthly for the refresh. Closers are billed per held appointment or flat per closer.
